Ingredients
- 2 tbsp beef tallow
- 4 small potatoes pre cooked
- 50 grams gouda cheese shredded
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped fine
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp BBQ rub
Instructions
- Heat up a griddle plate on your BBQ.
- Let some beef tallow melt on the plate.
- Flatten 4 potatoes with your spatula into 4 tiny ''chips''
- Let them develope a crust and flip them around.
- Add cream cheese and some young gouda cheese and close the lit so that the cheese can melt over it.
- Put them on a plate and decorate with fresh chives, BBQ rub and some chili sauce.
