How to

  1. Heating up a griddle plate on your BBQ.
  2. Allow a portion of beef tallow to melt on the plate.
  3. Put the pre cooked potatoes on the griddle.
  4. Flatten the potatoes into small 'chips'.
  5. Permit them to develop a crust, then flip them over.
  6. Add cream cheese and shredded cheese and put the lid on the grill to make it easier for the cheese to melt over the potatoes.
