PitmasterX’s Chimichurri

When you think of South America style sauce you think of chimichurri. It is a sauce you must try at least once. It is the perfect match for your grilled beef recipes. Of course, you will find hundreds of different versions of chimichurri, that’s because everyone makes it their own. Tweaking and improving it every time they make it. I can tell you mine is the best, but really you should takes this recipe and then improve upon it. Make it your own.

  • ½ cup parsley fresh chopped
  • ½ piece red chili pepper
  • 2 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar


  • De-seed half a red pepper and chop it fine.
  • Chop fine the parsley.
  • Press the garlic fine.
  • Mix all the ingredients and your done.
