My favorite mexican garnish to spice up your food in the most fresh way; Pico de Gallo. It makes your tongue tingle and it keeps your food balanced and fresh. I just love the simple and easy ways to flourish your meal up into something that your guest never experienced before.
Pico de Gallo is your must have spicy topping that belongs in every Mexican street food or BBQ dish. Fresh and delicious.

  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • ½ white onion diced
  • ½ tbsp fresh cilantro chopped fine
  • ½ juice of a lime
  • ½ tbsp course sea salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper


  • Start by chopping up 2 tomatoes and half an onion and dice them as fine as you can.
  • Mix all the other ingredients togehter with the diced tomato and onion together and sprinkle the juice of half a lime on top of the mixture.
  • Fish of with salt and pepper to taste. I'm using ½ tbsp each.
