  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp rock salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 piece onion
  • 2 piece red bell peppers
  • 1 piece jalapeño pepper
  • 6 piece tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Add the paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir it for 6 to 7 minutes, so the fragrances come loose.
  • Peel the two onions. Grill them with the bell peppers, jalapeño pepper, tomatoes and the garlic clove on the grill. When they have a nice char, you take them off the grill.
  • Peel the paprika and deseed them. Put all the grilled veggies in a blender and grind them to a thick sauce. Add the butter mix and give it a last stir.
