- 25 gram butter
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp rock salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 piece onion
- 2 piece red bell peppers
- 1 piece jalapeño pepper
- 6 piece tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Add the paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir it for 6 to 7 minutes, so the fragrances come loose.
- Peel the two onions. Grill them with the bell peppers, jalapeño pepper, tomatoes and the garlic clove on the grill. When they have a nice char, you take them off the grill.
- Peel the paprika and deseed them. Put all the grilled veggies in a blender and grind them to a thick sauce. Add the butter mix and give it a last stir.
