Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tomatoes quartered
- ½ white onion diced
- 6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
- 2 dried smoked mexican chili's diced
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Instructions
- Heat up a cast iron skillet with some olive oil.
- Sear 5 quartered tomatoes with the lit on for 15 minutes.
- Add half a diced onion, 6 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 diced dried chili's
- Season with salt and let it simmer for 10 minutes with a closed lit untill it's finished.
