  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tomatoes quartered
  • ½ white onion diced
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
  • 2 dried smoked mexican chili's diced
  • 1 tbsp sea salt


  • Heat up a cast iron skillet with some olive oil.
  • Sear 5 quartered tomatoes with the lit on for 15 minutes.
  • Add half a diced onion, 6 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 diced dried chili's
  • Season with salt and let it simmer for 10 minutes with a closed lit untill it's finished.
