This party recipe is going to change the way you eat steak forever. For the dutchies reading this right now; nothing changes, we have been doing this for like forever. We dutchies have a strange habit of eating french fries in a paper cone with a big pile of currysauce, mayonaise and thin sliced onions on top.I'm not forcing you on the complete dutch way so in this recipe i'm giving you 3 easy and delicious topping recipes to put on this cone of steak.

Ingredients
- 1000 grams Flank Steak
- 6 Pre-packed Tortilla's
- 350 ml Chili oil
Herb Butter topping
- 250 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped fine
- 2 Cloves of garlic pressed
Cream Cheddar Cheese topping
- 350 ml Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Jalapenos diced
- 3 tbsp Shredded Cheddar
Patatje Special topping
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- 1 tbsp Curry Sauce
- 1 tbsp White onion diced
Instructions
- Take your Flank steak ant cut of anything that seems like it is excess fat.
- Take soms small lumber and place it into your Moesta Bandit along with some kindle.
- Fire up the kindle and once you have a small fire going on, add some bigger chunks to keep the fire going while your grill plate is heating up.
- Slice the flank steaks against the grain into 6 pieces and start grilling.
- Once they developed a crust, place your Cast Iron Skottsberg pan into the center of the Moesta above the fire and pour in around 350ml Chili Oil.
- Take a tortilla and slice into it towards the center and stop there. Now fold it into a cone and attach it with a Toothpick and gently start frying it into the oil while rotating it regularly.
- Once the steak hits a temperature of 54 degrees celcius and the tortilla cones have a golden brown crust you can let the steak rest on the board along with the cones.
- Slice it up into ''Fries" and season with salt and pepper.
Herb Butter topping
- For the first topping set a Lightweight Skottsberg pan on the fire and place a cup of butter in the pan along with 3 tablespoons parsley and 2 crushes cloves of garlic.
- Let it al mix and fry a bit until the butter melts completely.
- Let it cool down again and load up your cone with Steak Fries.
- Drizzle on the butter on top of the steak.
Cream Cheddar Cheese topping
- Add 350ml cream cheese to a bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoons of shredded Cheddar along with a tablespoon of diced jalapenos and mix it up.
- Serve your topping on top of the Steak Fries on in the cone.
Patatje Special topping
- Load up your cone with Steak Fries.
- Add a tablespoon of mayonaise.
- Add a tablespoon of Curry Sauce
- Add a tablespoon of diced white onion.
- Done…..
