Easy dry rub and sauce for pork ribs

Sometimes you just need a basic dry rub and sauce combination for spareribs that always work. You can make this in advance and store it in a container for every weekend barbecue.
the dry rub has a shelf life of 4 weeks, provided it is kept cool and dark.The sauce you can keep good in the fridge for 8 to 10 days but generally, it will be gone within a few days.

Ingredients
 

Rub

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part paprika powder
  • â…› part garlic powder
  • ¼ part onion powder

Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle on the rub and smoke the ribs as you see in the video.
  • The last couple of minutes you brush on the sauce and let it thicken so it gets a bit sticky.
