- 1 part salt
- 1 part paprika powder
- â…› part garlic powder
- ¼ part onion powder
Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp ketjap manis
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp rub
- 4 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions
- Sprinkle on the rub and smoke the ribs as you see in the video.
- The last couple of minutes you brush on the sauce and let it thicken so it gets a bit sticky.
