Dutch stew
This is how you can make hachee, the ultimate Dutch beef stew.

red wine vinegar

bay leaves

cloves

Instructions
Season the beef chuck with salt and pepper
Fire up the grill and it up for a smoking session, set the temperature at 110 degrees Celsius (230 degrees Fahrenheit)
Let it smoke for around 30 minutes and take is off the grill
Change the grill for direct cooking (remove the heat deflector or move the charcoal to the center) and lower the grill grate to the lowest position
Add the butter into the pan
Add the onions and let them turn soft
Add the smoked beef chuck on top of the onions
Fill the pan with beef broth, the red wine vinegar, the bay leaves and the cloves
Put on the lid and let is simmer for 3/4 hours
After 3/4 hour take out the meat and shred the meat into tiny pieces it should be so tender that you can shred it with your fork
Put the little pieces of meat back into the pan and let it emerge
