Cranberry Stuffing

Having a good diverse stuffing recipe always comes in handy. This is precisley that. It's a stuffing recipe that can be used on many things and is designed for an enriched winter roast BBQ flavor profile.
A nice sweet and savory addition to the realm of roast stuffing. This cranberry stuffing is perfect for all types ofroast recipes.

Ingredients
 

  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 150 grams cranberry's
  • 6 white bread slices
  • 50 grams fresh parsley
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat up a cast iron skillet with a stick of butter.
  • Add a chopped onion and chopped clove of garlic.
  • Fry untill it's soft and add the cranberry's.
  • Spread it out, put the lit on the pan and take it off the fire to let it cool down.
  • Toast 6 slices of white bread.
  • Put everything in a big blender.
  • Add some fresh parsley and walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grind it down untill it has a coarse doughy like structure and it's ready to be used.
