Ingredients
- 10 cloves of garlic peeled
- 100 ml olive oil
- ½ tbsp rosemary chopped
- 250 grams butter
- ½ tbsp sea salt
Instructions
- Grab something that can hold the garlic cloves along with 100 ml of sunflower oil but can also withstand the heat that is neccesary to slow fry the garlic.
- Fire up the BBQ with a good amount of charcoal and wait for it to be fully lit.
- Place the tray with garlic cloves on the grill and fill it up with the olive oil.
- Let it cook for around 45 minutes or untill the cloves of garlic turn soft.
- Chop the rosemary.
- Grab a bowl and add the rosemary along with a stick of butter and those confit garlic cloves.
- Mix in the butter with the rest and add some salt to taste.
