- 200 ml ketchup
- 100 ml red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp tabasco
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt

- Put all the ingredients in a jar and that you can close and mix it up by shaking.
- Brush this sauce on top of Pork Ribs to get amazing sticky ribs with an extra layer of acidity.
