If you are smoking Ribs you need a good BBQ Sauce. Not for dipping but as an extra layer of acidity. This is the easiest BBQ Sauce you can make at home.

  • 200 ml ketchup
  • 100 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Put all the ingredients in a jar and that you can close and mix it up by shaking.
  • Brush this sauce on top of Pork Ribs to get amazing sticky ribs with an extra layer of acidity.
